One of the very common error while restarting weblogic server is

unable to get file lock, will retry...



Resolution:

simply navigate to file in  : <Middleware Home>\user_projects\domains\base_domain\servers\AdminServer\tmp  and delete the file AdminServer.lok


example : D:\Oracle\Middleware\user_projects\domains\base_domain\servers\AdminServer\tmp

Now restart your server. !!
